Arsenal v Everton Half-time Review – Incredible performance from our new signings…

Arsene Wenger’s philosophy that Arsenal just need to score a lot more goals came into play right from the beginning of the game, with a great goal from Aaron Ramsey after just six minutes Aaron Ramsey got onto a pass from home debutante Mikhi and suddenly Arsenal look like the attacking team that Wenger wanted.
Mikhi is looking like the best player on the pitch for me, and just 4 minutes after the goal he tried a great shot which looked destined to go in but just sneaked past the post. Immediately afterwards our other new boy PE Aubameyang had his first chance in an Arsenal shirt, but the ball got blocked by a defender. But no problem as from the resulting corner Mesut Ozil threw it into the box, Mustafi got a header across the box and Koscielny got his head to it with PEA right behind him if he had missed. 2-0 after 14 minutes! I like this attacking philosophy!
Amazingly just five minutes later Ramsey got his second, making Wenger’s decision to drop Wilshere look like a great move, it took a deflection but Jason Pickford had no chance with it. 3-bloody-0 lol. !9 minutes gone…
Then the one we’ve been waiting for, as Mikhi finds PEA in the box and he brilliantly and cooly chips it over Pickford into the back of the net. He was a bit offside but who cares now, it is already a brilliant home debut for both our new stars and we are already 4-0 up and it’s not even half-time!
You have to feel sorry for Theo Walcott who has had the only chance of the half for Everton but he must be feeling very low right now… (haha!)
Arsenal are looking imperious and let’s hope we continue this excellent flying form in the second half…
