Arsenal chief Gazidis must accept backroom overhaul if he wants Allegri

Arsenal must accept Max Allegri's demands of his own backroom team if he's to join them from Juventus.

The Daily Star says it's understood Arsenalchief executive Ivan Gazidis, already a fan of Allegri, was further convinced he was the right man to succeed Arsene Wenger following Juventus' battling 2-1 win over north London rivals Tottenham at Wembley in the Champions League.
*
He was impressed by the team spirit and dedication to the cause shown by Allegri's players, something critics say has been lacking under Wenger in recent years.
*
Allegri will want to bring his backroom staff with him. He is also sure to want reassurances about the power-structure atArsenal.

The Gunners appointed a head of football relations - Raul Sanllehi- and Sven Mislintat as head of recruitment last year and the new manager would have to work closely with both.
