Liverpool On The Verge Of Sealing Deal For €25m-Rated World Cup Hero

Domagoj Vida’s  move to Liverpool is imminent amid reports from the British media quashing stories of the defender’s exit from Besiktas.
Turkish club Besiktas want around 25 million euros for the World Cup star and according to new reports making the rounds in Croatia, Liverpool will have their man if they up their bid to Besiktas asking fee for the 29-year-old.
Vida’s agent Ugur Vandan confirmed that Liverpool have tabled a bid for the star, including piling interests from other clubs across Europe, earlier this week.
He said: “Liverpool and Everton are huge clubs that have made offers. Barcelona scouted Vida and had him on their shortlist but I do not see a move there happening.”
Spanish giants Sevilla and Atletico Madrid also have eyes on the defender.
The Croatian international’s switch to the Premier League to join Liverpool has been dancing around for some time, but reports in England are saying it is a ruse, a false news.
However, according to Croatian news outlet Tportal, Liverpool have tabled an offer for the 29-year-old, dispelling what the British media described as a rumour.
And according to the same story, Besiktas will allow the player to leave should Liverpool up their bids to 25 million euros.
Again, the same story is saying Both clubs are considering a cash plus player deal which involves Simon Mignolet joining the Turkish outfit and Vida the other way.
