Almost Done ! Unai Emery now keen to bring in

With Barcelona seeming reluctant to sell their star Denis Suarez to the club, Arsenal have been given another option to pursue the signature of former Atletico Madrid star Yannick Carrasco this January transfer window.

Due to Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s injury and the inevitable exit of Aaron Ramsey in the summer the North London club are reported to be in the market for a new attacker this winter.

Reports emerged earlier this week claiming the Gunners are leading the race to sign the Belgian international, whom the Spanish side were not willing to let go to the Chinese side Dalian Yifang last summer.

Taking this a little further in the eyes of the Gunners fans, respected Italian source, Calciomercato also reported that Carrasco is very willing to reduce his normal earnings just to play for Unai Emery at the Emirates Stadium.

The 25-year-old Belgian earns £170,000-a-week with the Chinese side, and he is now willing to reduce his salary for move to the Emirates be possible this January.

This will be a good deal for Arsenal as CEO Stan Kroenke is not looking to pay a high fee for his players.

Yannick Carrasco will be highly welcome to the Emirates Stadium especially the fans, who have mainly relied on Alex Iwobi creativity on the left flank of the attack.
