Ozil and Sanchez to stay at Arsenal beyond January and will sign new contracts

Arsenal chiefs are still hoping to convince Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil to sign new deals, according to latest reports.
The duo’s contract expires at the end of the season and they have been tipped to leave the club in January.
Ideally, Arsenal wouldn’t want to lose the duo for nothing at the end of the season and several reports have claimed the club would be open to selling them if a tempting offer comes in.
However, Don Balon via the Express are claiming Arsenal have no plan of selling Sanchez or Ozil.
The report says Arsenal will reject all bids for the players in the January transfer window. It also added that the Gunners are hopeful of extending the duo’s contract.
It says Arsenal believe a Champions League qualification will convince them to extend their contracts.
Obviously, this will be great news for Gooners who are keen to see the duo stay at the club. However, in my own opinion, there’s is a slim chance we’ll keep both players. Arsenal are likely to extend Ozil’s contract as the German on his own has stated on several occasions how happy he is here
As for Sanchez, he apparently wants a change of scenario. He was close to joining Manchester City in the summer and was upset when the move failed.
I think there’s every possibility of keeping Ozil but as for Sanchez, I can only be positive.
