Wilfried Zaha sends a message to Arsenal and Spurs over his January transfer status

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has told the Eagles that he is staying at Selhurst Park and is not interested in moving to Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur in the new year.
Roy Hodgson's side secured a point against Premier League leaders Manchester City after deciding to ditch the defensive tactics that have been used by teams to try and nullify the front-runners in the title race and came away with a surprise point.
South London has been a difficult place to go for many members of the top six in recent years, especially Liverpool. City did not come away unscathed, however. Gabriel Jesus was taken off injured and could be ruled out for over six weeks with a knee problem.
Kevin De Bruyne also suffered a dismal challenge by Jason Puncheon but should be able to recover and return to action with little delay.
Zaha faced a battle with Kyle Walker down the flanks all game and went down to win a late penalty that was saved by Ederson to prevent the Eagles becoming the first team to beat City in the league this season.
The Ivorian international spoke to BBC Sport after the full-time whistle and told Palace he would be staying in January when asked about his future."I know how talented this team is and if we all do our jobs and all focus we can do the job on the pitch," he added. "We worked hard to earn the point we got.

"There is talent around the team and if we can get the three points we will do. We need to keep the play the same way as we played against Manchester City."
