Arsenal £70,000 a-week star hopeful to leave the club within 48 hours

Out-of-favour Arsenal full-back Mathieu Debuchy is still hopeful of leaving the Emirates Stadium before Wednesday’s transfer deadline.
The Frenchman is desperately eyeing to kickstart his career away from the Gunners in the hope of securing a place in his country’s World Cup squad in Russia in the summer.
The 32-year-old Frenchman has featured more regularly for the Gunners this term due to their involvement in Europa League games but he is still hopeful of a last-minute exit from Emirates Stadium.
According to L’Equipe, with less than 48 hours left before the end of the January transfer window, French full-back could leave the Gunners.
Saint-Etienne and West Brom have show interest for 31-year-old Frenchman as both of them were in conversations with the player’s agent earlier this month.
However, nothing concrete has developed from those two clubs and with the transfer deadline fast approaching, time is running out for the Gunners defender to bring an end to his nightmare spell at Emirates Stadium.
Meanwhile, another Frenchman Olivier Giroud has been on the verge to leave Emirates Stadium with former Montpelier man has emerged as a shock transfer target for Chelsea.
