Three Arsenal chiefs in talks over club-record Auba deal

Arsenal have flown three club chiefs out for talks with Borussia Dortmund over Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Chief executive Ivan Gazidis has been accompanied in Germany by head of recruitment Sven Mislintat, as well as Huss Fahmy, who is in charge of contract negotiations.
Arsenal are said to be ‘confident’ of striking a deal for Aubameyang, who has been left out of two recent Dortmund matchday squads.
According to Jason Burt of the Daily Telegraph, Aubameyang ‘is set to cost’ over £50million, which would represent an increase on current club-record signing Alexandre Lacazette.
The money involved in the deal could be less, however. Dortmund are said to be eager to include a player in exchange, with Olivier Giroud their key target.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan is expected to join the Gunners by Tuesday, and if Aubameyang is also signed, there will be no more incomings this month.
