Arsenal Set to Sign 25-year-old In-Form Premier League defender this summer

Manchester City and Arsenal are reportedly both keeping tabs on Burnley defender James Tarkowski, ahead of a summer move.
Both Premier League giants are believed to be hunting for homegrown players during the summer transfer window.
According to The Times , Trakowski is is happy to play under Son Dyce at Burnley, however, an offer of playing Champions League football could see him leaving the Turf Moor stadium for the next campaign.
The publication suggests that Englis centre-back would lean towards Man City in order to make a return back to the North West from Brentford for family reasons.
The 25-year-old defender has started 22 Premier League games for Burnley, helping the club to sit sixth of the league table.
Meanwhile, Arsenal also keeping tabs on Chelsea centre-back David Luiz.
Brazil international defender has made only one start across all competitions for the Blues following a bust-up with Antonio Conte, falling down in the pecking order before sustaining a knee injury.
The Brazilian has been replace with the Dane centre-back Andreas Christensen who has shown some solid performances in the absence of Luiz and now his future in West London is in doubt, with some Europe’s biggest clubs are interested in signing him
