Arsenal legend has big message for Chelsea midfielder.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright has told Ruben Loftus-Cheek that he is too good to keep the Chelsea bench warm and needs to force his way into Maurizio Sarri’s plans.
Loftus-Cheek has finally been given the opportunity to prove himself at Chelsea this season after spending 12 months on loan at Crystal Palace, where he done more than enough to earn a spot on the plane to the world cup with England.
The 22-year-old made it clear to new boss Maurizio Sarri that he wanted regular game time this season and would seek another move if he wasn’t afforded it at Chelsea.
And Wright has backed him to do force his way into the Chelsea starting side, insisting he needs consistent game time in order to avoid stalling his development.
“I would love to see Loftus-Cheek to see if he can break into the first XI,” he said on Sky Sports’ The Debate.
“He’s got to try and play.
“This is the only situation where a player has not stayed at his parent club for the time he’s been there apart from the youth team.
“He’s too good to sit around.
“He’s now got to get Jorginho, Kante and Kovacic out of the way.”
Here us what we think.
Loftus-Cheek deserves the chance to prove himself at Chelsea as he is one of the most talented players in the Premier League.
But if he doesn’t get regular game time, then they are plenty of sides that are willing to snap him up so this season at Chelsea will now be the make or break moment in his career.
